Discount Electrical Service installed my generator-changeover box very professionally and also installed power management meters for the two nodes on my interior circuit breaker box. These meters allow me to see exactly how much power I am using rather than rely on the 50-amp breaker on my generator to detect any overload. Backup electrical power is a very involved process that requires professional help, and I got that from DES, including very excellent coordination from the owner. I encourage anyone to install backup power as our grid is vulnerable and there are (IMO) uncertainties looking forward.
